The forums at momsonthego.ca are provided to allow moms to get to know each other and support each other. We have put these guidelines in place to ensure a welcoming community. It is the obligation of each member of momsonthego.ca to honour our guidelines at all times. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in an alteration your post, your post being deleted and/or a warning from one of our moderators. Accumulate three warnings and your account will be permanently banned.
Respect
We all come to offer individual perspectives. Each member here deserves respect.
Privacy
Information about members learned via momsonthego.ca cannot be shared without the permission of the member. Do not post your own address or phone number in our forums!
User Names
All user names must state first name and an initial of last name. Please no made up names like soccermom etc.
Signatures
We do not allow images in signatures as they significantly increase download time for our dial-up moms. Please use the avatar system and your own personal photo gallery to display photos. Text-only advertisements (and links) are allowed in your signature. Please keep your signatures to no more than one line of text.
Spamming/Unsolicited Messages
Contacting a member to sell or promote your business is not allowed unless they have specifically asked for the information.
Advertising
You may not advertise your business on any forum other than the Marketplace Forum. Posts of this nature located in any other forum will be deleted without notice. A member must make 15 or more posts on the board before the are permitted to write on the marketplace board.
Classifieds
Momsonthego.ca is in no way involved in the classified transactions between buyers and sellers on this forum. We accept no responsibility for the legality, safety, accuracy, or legitimacy of the items. Both parties accept full responsibility for any transactions occuring through this forum.
